Position: Credit Admin Team Leader (1 Post)
Location: Phnom Penh

We are looking for Credit Admin, Team Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Credit Admin Teams which includes of 2 teams: Retail/SME & Corporate Loan
  • Ensure completeness & correctness of Loan Agreements
  • Ensure completeness & correctness of security agreements (Hypothec Agreement, Loan for Consumption, Application to Land Office);
  • Ensure completeness & correctness of loan documents before disbursement
  • Ensure completeness & correctness of loan in core banking system
  • Manage loan settlement
  • Manage customer filing
  • Manage security envelop
  • Provide proper training & coaching to staff
  • Involve in solving all FCC issues
  • Prepare Reporting: Monthly & Quarterly Reports to NBC.
  • Work with external auditors & internal control during their present.
  • Ensure all insurance policies are renewed on time

Required Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • At least 2 years in managerial position
  • Well understanding of loan documents & loan system for at least 4 years.
  • Good computer skills
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking).
  • Familiar with local law, banking regulations and practices.
  • French language is a plus.
