Digital Marketing Specialist

HANUMAN AUTO TRADING CO., LTD is seeking the potential candidate to fill the position of Digital Marketing Specialist based in Phnom Penh.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Plan and oversee social media channels and network for the company
• Initiate creative concept, press release, podcast, and other related online content to post on website, Facebook account, twitter, YouTube and other related online channel of the company.
• Track and analyze online channels (website, Facebook, YouTube and etc) traffic and reach to update online engagement.
• Edit, copy-write and post contents on social media to creatively attract people attention and impression.
• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technology and ensure the digital marketing platform of the company is up-to-date and the brand image of the company is prioritized.
• Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
• Maintain our social media present across all digital channels
• Measure and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to make the best possible effort of digital marketing platform
• Doing other task assign by top manager

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor degree in preferably media and communication, marketing, business development/management or others related fields
• Proven at least 1 or 2 years of experience in digital marketing, copy-writing, advertising or related fields
• Demonstrate experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
