N.C.X CO., LTD is a leading company in the motorcycle industry, employing more than 1,300 employees. Due to the rapid growth and expansion of our business, we are now seeking a qualified and dynamic candidate to hold the below position:
JOB TITLE: Senior Recruitment Officer
LEVEL: 4
NUMBER OF HIRING: 1

SALARY RANGE: $700 - $900
JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work closely with hiring manager to develop the manpower plan and talent management strategies,
- Work with the hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job announcements,
- Design and post advertisements in a variety and effectiveness of recruitment channels both internal and external,
- Build rapport with the applicant sources and attend career fairs to promote the employment opportunity of the company and deepen the pool of potential candidates,
- Create and update the recruitment-related documents such as forms, employment application, record sheets….,
- Screen/review both online and paper applications and conduct applicant preliminary phone interviews,
- Coordinate with hiring manager to design pre-employment test materials, schedules and testing events,
- Work closely with hiring manager / committee to arrange the questionnaire, form recruitment panel, schedule and appoint both applicants and selection panel,
- Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager, debrief the interview result report and process it for signatures and approval and provide candidates feedback on interview results,
- Complete a minimum of two (2) reference checks on selected candidates for employment in Job Rank 3 up,
- Prepare offering letter/employment agreement for signature with the selected candidates,
- Maintain all candidate selection data, documents both hard and soft files and record the selection progression into the selection tracker,
- Recommend improvements to current selection processes and practices to ensure streamlined and cost effectiveness &
- Perform other works as assigned from time to time by manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of HRM, Business Administration, Eco-Business or other related field,
- At least 4 years working experience in in Recruitment and Selection,
- Knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point,
- Good at English for official communication,
- Good at communication, interpersonal, presentation & analytical skills and
- Knowledge in variety of both recruitment and selection methods and understand its validity.
