Assistant Relationship Manager-International Corporate (1 position)

Position: Assistant Relationship Manager-International Corporate (1 position)
Location: HQ

Job Purpose:

• Assist RM in resolving customer needs.
• Maintain CIF file in Core Banking System and CIF folder.
• Maintain upto-date inventory of critical materials:, prospectuses, forms…
• Assist RM in preparing sales and marketing statements and reports for the top management of the bank
• Keep complete log of all sales and appointments; assist with tracking and reporting of sales/appointments
• Followup with customers who were referred by bank staff and track all kept appointments for reporting purposes
• Prepare Credit Memorandum

Required Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Or lower degree accepted if at least 3 years' experience in similar position
• Computer literacy, English language proficiency
• Proven sales and service record in banking or related industries
• Proven Credit experience (2 years)
• Financial background, analytical and credit background
