CamboBuild Construction Chemical Co., Ltd is the market leader in the field of construction chemical in Cambodia which was founded in 2005. We supply and service many kinds of special construction materials from UAE, Italy, Singapore, Japan, Thailand....It is the only company which really specializes in waterproofing and construction solutions with thousands of experiences in job site. Since our business is growing and extending, we are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the following position:

01- Sales Executive (05 Position)
Location: Phnom Penh
Benefits

Duty Reponsibility
- Perform sales and promoting product to targeting customers
- prepare action to management
- Daily send sales report and customer meeting schedule report to manager
- build good relation with customer
- provide support for customer inquiries
- Willing to find project for sales target
- keep and follow up all customer in hand
- Other tasks assigns by manager
- To perform any other tasks assigned by the manager
Education & Requirement
- Male & Female (Female Preferable)
- Bachelor degree in Marketing and business or related professional qualification
- At least 1 year experience with this position (No working experience, fresh graduate, or studying year 2 up are also encouraged to apply)
- Good / Fair communication in English and Khmer (Chinese is a plus)
- Strong Commitment with self-confident, negotiation skill and interpersonal skill
- Can use computer admin Word & Excel & Email.
02- HR Admin Offier (01 Position)
Location: Phnom Penh
Duty Reponsibility
- Handle full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations
- Participate in the full set of recruitment functions, including job fair coordination, job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, employment contract preparation, conducting new join orientation, etc.
- Assist in reviewing and developing Human Resources policies and procedures and be responsible for implementing, monitoring and following up for non-compliance
- Input candidates’ information for interview record
- Maintain accurate staff information and records in HR system and manage filing system
- Update employee personal profile and keep their files appropriately
- Write memo, minute meeting, other circulars
- Translate documents from English to Khmer or vice versa
- Handle other administrative duties
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Education & Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields.
- At least 2 year experience working in HR position.
- Good command in English both spoken and written. (Chinese is a plus)
- Acceptable computer literacy: Ms. Word, Excel, Power point, Internet and Email.
- Good negotiation and communication skill, both verbal and email.
- Creative, well-organized and professional in terms of appearance and attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skill and well-versed in regulatory practice.
03- Senior Accountant (02 position)
Location: Phnom Penh
Duty Reponsibility
- Follow up and analysis Inventory system with Warehouse Department
- Monthly Stock take with Warehouse Department
- Monthly and Yearly Tax Declaration
- Prepare Monthly Payroll
- Transfer money to supplier (TT)
- Withdrawal money from Bank
- Check transaction all Expense Report , Advance staff
- Monthly reconciliations bank statement
- Control Processing work for Issue invoice and Daily Report Sale
- Check Invoice and Receipt in system
- Reconcile Account Receivable Report
- Prepare Monthly /Yearly Report
- Other duties will be assigned by Manager
Education & Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, and post-graduate qualifications
- At least 3 years experiences with Banking industry and sound knowledge of IFRS, Tax and deep knowledge of management accounting and financial reporting technique
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills, confidence to deal with people at all levels, experience in dealing with Tax department
- Ability to use Quick book, Ms. Word, Excel & Internet E-mail
- Good command of English both spoken and written. (Chinese is a plus)
- Strong team player, good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, time management and result-oriented
- Strong Leadership, management, communication, interpersonal and negotiation
- Honest, hardworking, and be able to work under pressure
04- Accountant (02 Position)
Location: Phnom Penh
Duty Reponsibility
- Weekly/Monthly Report
- Asset control
- Petty cash control
- Issue Invoice
- Prepare daily cash book
- Record payment voucher and Receipt
- Collect payment from client
- Tax Declaration and Understanding
- Other duties as assigned by management
Education & Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or any other related fields. (CAT and ACCA will be prioritized)
- At least 1 years experiences as accountant
- Ability to use QuickBooks /Peachtree, Ms. Word, Excel & Internet E-mail
- Good command of English both spoken and written. (Chinese is a plus)
- Strong team player, good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, time management and result-oriented
- Strong Leadership, management, communication, interpersonal and negotiation
- Honest, hardworking, and be able to work under pressure
05- IT Staff (01 Position)
Location: Phnom Penh
Duty Reponsibility
- Install necessary application on smart phone (email, telegram, Line, Viber, what up…)
- Fix the problem when error urgently
- Test remote every day
- Replace or repair / Maintenance
- Create new user account
- Daily scan virus
- Daily Back up data
- Share Drive by departments
- Refill ink / Paper jam / Printer error sharing
- Support all staffs with Information technology
- Monitor speed / Setup router / Fix the problem
- Configure camera and finger print remote
- Setup VPN for remote
- Searching quotation and order for IT equipment
- President & CEO’s house internet payment every month
- ID Cared and Name Card for staff by HR/Admin assigned
- Maintenance, update, create new system follow by company requirements
- Other duties as assigned by President & CEO.
Education & Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, or other related fields
- Good command in English both spoken and written. (if Chinese language is a plus).
- At least 1 year experience IT position.
- Creative, well-organized and professional in terms of appearance and attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills, friendly.
- Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
