01- Position: Digital Marketing officer, Digital Marketing senior officer

Working Hour

• Monday - Saturday, 6 Days per week. 
• Time: 8am-5pm/

Benefit:

• Salary 200$ - 450$
• Salary vary depend on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in developing strategic marketing plan and activities for department;
• Manage and response on social media such as create content, 
• Manage response comment and inbox for Facebook, Website, YouTube, and Instagram and Line;
• Manage company’s website content, information, and layout
• Coordinate with agencies for producing marketing materials, outlet, poster, billboard etc;
• Work closely with Graphic Designer and Marketing Team.
• Any other tasks as deemed necessary and assigned by the superior
• Follow guideline brief by marketing manager assigned.
• Respect and complete on deadline of schedule (Senior Officer only)
• Manage 88888 Starlight Co ltd. Brand through marketing material and social events;
• Manage marketing events
• Assist Manager to Implement the business development and marketing strategy;
• Develop concept, graphic, and layout for product of marketing materials and promotions;
• Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials;

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year experiences in digital marketing;  
• (2-3 yrs for senior officer - Graduated Bachelor Degree on related field)
• Experience of graphic design is a plus
• Having a good communication skills and creative idea;
• Good command of written and verbal Khmer and English.
• Have a good interpersonal skill and honesty;
• Dynamic and pleasant personality 
• Hard-working, able to work under pressure on deadline.

02- Position: Customer Service Representative

Working Hour

• Monday - Saturday, 6 Days per week. 
• Time: 8am-5pm/ 4pm-12am/ 12am-8am

SALARY

• Salary 200$ - 350$
• Salary vary depend on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle incoming requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved.
• Respond quickly and promptly with good grammar, punctuation and attention to detail.
• Perform other duties, as assigned on TO-DO-LIST directed by Direct Manager 
• Follow Assigned Work Schedule and Always be punctual.
• Attend weekly Mandatory meeting as required by Top Management.
• This position is required to work on holidays and weekend, as per preset-schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good Knowledge of using Smart Phone iOS & Android.
• Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email);
• Strong team work and friendly
• Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure. 
• Good Khmer reading and writing, have some English reading and writing,
• Speak Basic Vietnam, Thai and Chinese is a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Hard-working, smart, flexible, honest and fast learner.

• Find, call & make appointment with potential customers.
• Building the strong network.
• Dare to face with challenges.
• Demonstrate effort to reach sales/ Plan target.
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Respect and complete on deadline of schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Follow guideline brief by Marketing Manager assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good Knowledge of using Smart Phone iOS & Android.
• Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email);
• Strong team work and friendly
• Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure.

04- Positions: Assistant Marketing Manager

Working Hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing and report activities on all social media and communication channels
• Assist in Planning, managing and overseeing marketing campaign and events.
• Assist Manager to Implement the business development and marketing strategy;
• Assist in all marketing activities within the marketing department.
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
• Participate in creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Planning and overseeing online and print marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Work closely with Graphic Designer and Marketing Team.
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new campaign and events
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials;
• Achieve sales target and profit based on company direction
• Strategically Maintain key customer and expand customer base;
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities
• Good problem solving within Department
• Analyze and evaluate the competitors’ products or services

REQUIREMENTS
