01- Warehouse Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieves warehouse operations operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production plan, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends.
  • Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures, developing processes for receiving and delivering product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping.
  • Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems, evaluating and recommending new developing solution.
  • Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout, implementing changes. 
  • Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget scheduling expenditures analyzing variances initiating corrective actions.
  • Control and monitoring inventory data daily, weekly, monthly. Ensure high inventory accuracy data, Perform daily cycle stock count.
  • Secures property by developing protection and access policies and procedures, coordinating with security team.
  • Accomplishes warehouse operations and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Implementing communication with all staff to improve working condition, implementing   changes asreasonable needs. Organize team building as agreement plan.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in business/warehouse or related field from recognized institution or equivalent. 
  • Good in written and spoken English & Khmer.
  • Minimum 6-year relevant experience in warehouse operations preferably in a beverage manufacturing environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Remote manufacturing, factory automation, Machine IoT, MES system
  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code

06- Accountant/Controller/Book Keeper

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • B/S accounting statements, cost analysis, financial analysis, Internal audit,  external 3rd party audit
  • Manage all aspects of accounting; billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, cost accounting, revenue recognition, and various special analyses
  • Maintain documented system of accounting policies and operations
  • Oversee payments of all accounts, ensuring all accounts are paid on time
  • Process accounts and collecting payments
  • Oversee all payments made for debts, bank loans, and other large quantities of money

07- Import/Export Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Import/Export, customer contact, PO follow-up
  • Administer all import and export of goods and supervise delivery of all goods and manage distribution of all goods to various geographical locations efficiently
  • Oversee handling of all goods and ensure safety in all transportation and design cost effective methods for same and analyze best means of transport for all products as per customer requirement in coordination with manager
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in all import and export operations and evaluate all company businesses and provide require classification for same
  • Collaborate with senior management and ensure compliance to all trade regulations and changes and provide training to all company employees for all import processes

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design software usage, Graphic design, pattern design, knitting/apparel contracture structural design
  • Responsible to design apparel and graphic designs
  • Responsible to design leaflet, brochure, billboard, sticker, and other artwork
  • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
  • Plans concept by studying information and materials
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
  • Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval

09- Paralegal/Legal advice specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare Company legal documents, local labor laws, rules and regulations, national laws and regulations
  • Undertake banking work such as registration of hypothecs and security agreements
  • Assist in corporate secretary work, such as preparing standard minutes and resolutions
  • Undertake registration works with various ministries and government departments, such as company incorporation, specific licensing applications and labor registrations
  • Liaise with government officers at various ministries and government departments as required
  • Handle court, company, trademark and secured filing transactions searches
  • Review draft documents prepared by other staff to correct formatting
  • Draft fee proposals and keep accurate time records

Job Requirements
