Senior Sales for Technical Maintenance

We are now looking for a talent candidate to fill 1 position for senior/manager sale for technical service mainly on maintenance of MEP work as below:

Core Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Ensure smooth and continuous service operations according to the company standard
• To behave in accordance with the work rules and instruction of the company.
• Ensure achievement of sales target.
• Take outdoor visit to assigned territory.
• Arrange meeting schedule to technical team for site inspection, sale presentation
• Prepare proposal with costing and technical appendix
• Deal with potential customers for promotion and selling services.
• To work in accordance with the scope of work and maintain all related sales and marketing documentation to meet the goals and / or policies of the client.
• Gather information to make Weekly and Monthly Performance Report to report the results of sale and marking process to supervisors on a weekly basis.
• Attend training and seminars to develop the capacity of personnel and increase the efficiency of work according to the company's policy and the client.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor (if any).

Qualifications Required/ Mandatory:

• Pursuing a degree in sales and marketing or other related fields.
• University Student in the field of Marketing, Management or technical engineering related to mechanical/electrical
• 3 years’ experience in sale required, if any is an advantage.
• Ability to understand how MEP system in the building is setup and operate
• Organized, independent, and honest
• Committed to high standard
• Strong sense of cleanliness and tidiness
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
• Very familiar with Computer literate (Ms. Office & email)
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven.
