KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond and support to customer inquiries.
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve on customer complaints
  • Understand about company product and service
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Other tasks as assign by Management
REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor Degree in Business administration or related skill.
  • At least 1 year experience of Customer Service
  • Knowledge of how to deal and solve problems
  • Communication skills in speaking/Writing English. 
  • Knowledge of computer literacy especially Ms. Excel
  • Good interpersonal and Communication skills, patience, flexible, honest and friendly
