About The Role
Role Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Role Type: Permanent – Full Time

As a Trade & Supply Chain Operations Officer, your role to handle customer instruction/transaction within trade processing team in a shake to deliver to the customer within SLA, acceptable risk management and compliance parameters.

Key accountabilities include:

• Deliver bottom-line business financial growth and/or business performance improvement through effective revenue generation.
• Provide accurate service by complying with international rules and requirements, bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements adhering to loss control procedures
• Ensure sustainable growth through enhancing customer satisfaction and/or key initiatives that will deliver future value 
• Provide accurate service by complying with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements and adhering to loss control procedures
• Contribute to creation of a high performance culture and a diverse and engaged team through effective collaboration

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

• Basic knowledge of trade products and most aspects of international trade operations
• Knowledge of ICC Publications Numbered 758 [E], 600 [UCP], 522 [URC], 525 [URR] and 590 [ISP98]
• Knowledge in trade fraud/sanctions and AML requirement
