KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Accounting and Auditing Specialist is responsible for auditing and processing business  revenue through online business development activities and following up on the activities on e-commerce channel with agents and suppliers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Traditional AR/AP duties
•    Audit M-pay business payment & revenue and customer settlement
•    Audit the data of the related agents and suppliers on the platform of the e-commerce channel;
•    Confirm data of Total and Sokimex refueling every month;
•    Check customer consumption on e-commerce channel;
•    Audit and process revenue delivery adjustment cases. Making sure supporting documentation is included.
•    Report auditing and processing
•    Other duties as required.

REQUIREMENT

•    Obtain good command of English and Chinese skills
•    1-3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting
•    Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience or in progress.
•    Professional Qualities: Proficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus
•    Familiarity with multi-currency processing is preferred
•    Comprehensive understanding of accounting procedures, experience and demonstrated abilities for working in a fast-paced setting.
•    Ability to work well both independently and with others and to respond sensitively to employees and vendors
•    Strong organizational skills, accurate, and detail-oriented.
•    Strong customer service orientation and ability to successfully deal with employee and vendor questions and resolve issues.
•    Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
•    Experience with journal entries and accruals a plus, experience with Sage Intacct a plus.
•    Quantitative and organization skills, and a propensity to be “hands on” and detail oriented.
•    Positive attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•    Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented.
•    Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced, timeline-orientated environment.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•    A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for accuracy and integrity.
