01 - Sales Supervisor
Location: Phnom Penh
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary Range: Under Negotiation

Duties:

• Ensure monthly sales target plan is achieved.
• Prospect market segment of focus products in the own area, find out the innovative strategies, discuss with RSM, and effectively implement.
• Maintain and build good business relationship with the existing customer.
• Find out the new potential dealers and outlets to keep expanding the market.
• Offer the customer for basis products or focus products with a good product knowledge.
• Prepare a call plan and visit plan (weekly and monthly) and discuss with RSM about the effectiveness of plan;
• Resolve with dealer & customer complaints by investigating the problems, developing solution, immediately report and making recommendation to RSM.
• Coordinate with all staff regarding the payment, the account receivables, and the stock in order to give good image to the company.
• Lead the execution of sales program in specific area/channel and sharing knowledge (including role play) among the team to increase the competencies of the team.
• Prepare and submitted sales report in daily, weekly, and monthly with supporting data.
• Other tasks assigned by the regional sales manager.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree of Sales and Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experiences working as sales supervisor in relevant industry
• Good in English and Chinese, verbal/written communication.
• Good Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Be flexible, accountable, challenging and work hard
• Eager to learn & self-motivation
• Have a enthusiastic and like to work in dynamic situation and complex environment
• Computer proficiency in MS office and email​ is a plus.

02 - Sales Executive
Location: Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville, Kandal, Svay Reing, Prey Veng and Siem Reap
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary Range: Under Negotiation

Duties:

• Promote and push sales of focus products within the assigned area/channel.
• Maintain and build good business relationship with the existing customer.
• Find out the new potential dealers and outlets to keep expanding the market.
• Prepare a call plan and visit plan (weekly and monthly) and discuss with SS/BM about the effectiveness of plan.
• Keep closely up-to-date market feedback on competitors’ price, sales, and promotion activities that are competing in the market.
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system.
• Review own sales performance via sales statistic (in daily, weekly, and monthly) and discuss with SS/BM to find the innovative strategies in aim to meet or exceed sales target plan.
• Offer the customer for basis products or focus products with a good product knowledge.
• Coordinate with all staff regarding the payment, account receivables, and the stock in order to give good image to the company.
• Represent on behalf of company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree of Sales and Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experiences working as sales executive in relevant industry
• Strong in English, verbal/written communication
• Good Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Be flexible, accountable, challenging and hard-working

03 - Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing
Location: Phnom Penh
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary Range: Under Negotiation

Duties:

• Responsible for taking charges of graphic design related AIE tasks assigned by management and AIE's imported products.
• Make sure the tasks are delivered on time with outstanding outcome in response to the brief of tasks request.
• Provide creative ideas and develop into strategic concepts for supporting Marketing Manager to build brand communications in align with brands guideline.
• Work closely to support the Social Media and Creative Lead to establish of branding and POCM usage directory for each brand in align with brands' guideline and keep it up-to-date.
• Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook time cover, profile pictures.) and communicate with followers and audience to respond queries in a timely manner.
• Plan and coordinate a schedule of activity across Facebook, Instagram to expand our social media audience base.
• Work ahead on new/existing brands development by coming up with proposal for the Marketing Manager's review and consideration.
• Take a lead to establish with floor plan and mock-up design upon per request from the Trade Marketing team and others assigned by the Marketing Manager.
• Be proactive to work as team to boost up tasks productivity and effectiveness.
• Actively participate in Marketing Weekly Meeting and report to Marketing Manager on activities has been done.
• Other task will assign by direct link manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Art and Design/Advertising & Marketing or related fields.
• 2 year work experience as graphic design and social media marketing in relevant industry is preferred.
• Good in English and Khmer both verbal/written communication.
• Professional and knowledge on using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and etc.
• Good Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Be flexible, accountable, challenging and hard-working
• Eager to learn & self-motivation
• Have an enthusiastic and like to work in dynamic situation and complex environment

04 - Intern Graphic Designer
Location: Phnom Penh
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary Range: Under Negotiation

Duties:

• Providing innovative and creative ideas on advertising with various types of medias
• Deliver artwork and key visual for focus brands based on timeline
• Producing marketing material (brochures, posters, banner, T-shirt and etc.)
• Find out competitive suppliers and price, and coordinate with them to ensure anything are quality and standard as company is requirements.
• Assist co-workers and related departments in designing artwork as requirements.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Art and Design/Advertising & Marketing or related fields.
• Have work experience as graphic design in relevant industry is preferred.

05 - IT Supervisor
Location: Phnom Penh
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary Range: Under Negotiation

Duties:

• Monitor performance of all applications and propose upgrading or optimizing of support
• Troubleshoot problems and propose solutions for issues related to AIE systems
• Maintain and implementation of Information Technology (IT), infrastructure (DPLC, DVPN…), architecture and Network Devices, security-related policies, standards and procedures
• Administration, configuration, management and maintenance of Windows domain, DNS, DHCP, Antivirus Server, Mail server (Office 365, Cpanel…) office PABX system management
• Manage, maintain and monitoring CCTV Camera
• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations (SAN & NAS)
• Manage, maintain and inventorying of IT assets
• Corrective Action Report (CAR) all issues and services needed

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degrees or fresh graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Good with both English writing and communication.
• Have experiences in IT related field is prefer.
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Handling with complaint & problem solving.
• Judgment to plan and accomplish goals, be able to perform a variety of tasks.
