INVITATION TO BID

MINISTRY OF ECONOMY AND FINANCE, MEF-PR/OMC2

Wishes to Purchase: Office Equipment and Office Furniture

1. The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) on behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia has received a grant from the Global Fund in the amount of US$55.4 million, aiming to fight against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and to strengthen the sustainability of the health system in Cambodia for the period of 3 years from 2018 to 2020. MEF is the principle recipient who will be responsible for oversight the whole project implementation and accountable to the Global Fund for the performance of the grant. MEF intends to use part of the national budget to cover payments under the Contract for Supply and Installation of Office Equipment and Office Furniture (Ref. GF/MEF/NS/G/2018/02).
    
2. Interested qualified eligible suppliers are invited to obtain a copy of the bidding documents free-of-charge from the address given below by submitting a written application.
    
3. Bids must be delivered to the address given below at or before 03:00 PM on 04 December 2018 (Phnom Penh time). Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in public immediately thereafter at the address given below in the presence of the Bidders' representatives and the project's beneficiaries from the concerned local community who choose to attend shall be allowed to be present in person.
    
4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid and performance securing declaration as described in the bidding documents. Any bid not accompanied by one will be rejected as non-compliant
