Restaurant Supervisor

Crystal Jade is the restaurant that we can trust with the best taste of Chinese Foods. In 2016 Crystal Jade the first location in Siem Reap Province, in over there is a lot of Tourists come to visit every days over 100,000 with the best location in CAMBODIA. And the second restaurant will be opening soon at: 2nd Floor of AEON Mall II, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Now we’re seeking for a position as Restaurant Supervisor

• Supervise the service crew at the respective stations, ensuring the company service standards are being upheld and excellent service is provided to all customers.

• Assists the Restaurant Manager, take directions and guidance from him/her.

• Ensure front-of-house and back-of-house are communicating effectively.

• Present menus to customers and answer questions about dishes and make recommendations.

• Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods when asked by customers.

• Serve food and beverages to customers, prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables (E.g Peking Duck)

• Check customers are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

• Update on kitchen’s daily specials as well as items that are not available.

• Keeping track of part-time workers’ work schedules.

• Handle customer enquiries/complaints.

• Assisting in order taking for customers.

• Keying orders into Point of Sale (POS) machine.

• Assist in doing up roster for service staff.

• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the dining area.

• Ensure the work safety and well-being of staff in the outlet.

• Competent in the service flow and procedures.

• Knows the restaurant concept.

• Guide and supervise the service staff.

• Familiar with restaurant layout and table numberings.

• Knows the ongoing promotions.

• Able to assist in doing up the service staff roster.

• Responsible.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Friendly and approachable.

• Polite.

• Well-groomed.

• Responsive.
