Assistant Accountant (LCH Development Co., Ltd)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash collection report and summaries report.
-Update customer information and input into system.
-Walk out for cash collection from customers.
-Call follow up of account receivable aging.
-Prepare and issue invoice to customers.
-Handling prepayments and deposit.
- Prepare invoices for billing, invoice-statement, receivables, cash receipts, and cash disbursements, offset payments, verifying financial data, reconcile with account statement.
-Filing accounting documents, both soft and hard copies and ensuring that documents are prepared up to date.
-Assist the treasury executive to make payment to vendor/supplier.
-Prepare and copy monthly invoices for tax declaration.
-Other tasks assignment by management.
REQUIREMENT
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking or related field.
-Fresh graduated or with some experience in AR also preferable.
-Able to use accounting program or quick book, Ms. Office, Internet and email.
-English communication both speaking and writing.
-Ability to deal with customer.
-Honestly, good communication and interpersonal skills.
