Technician II (Brewing)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate whole brewing process including Brew house, Fermentation, Yeast, filtration and Cleaning in place (CIP) to ensure it is being carried out in accordance with set quality standards and procedures.
- All sampling and quality checks completed on time, in full within his/her own shift and signed off.
- All out of specification products are appropriately managed within his/her own shift; including stop and retest procedure completed and reported via Daily Shift Report.
- To execute and help co-workers in a smooth, safe & effective way of cleaning Brewing equipment within a set time frame & standard
- Manage line start-ups and line shutdowns to standard to achieve target of x% within Brewing department control.
- Additional duties as may be assigned by your superior from time to time
REQUIREMENT
- University Degree in Brewing and Biotechnology
- Minimum of 1 year experience in shift leadership within a beverage production company.
- Good Command of English both written and spoken
- Computer Skills Ms. Office
- Good problem solving skills with attention to details
- Possess safety behaviors
- Good team spirit with high commitment.
