Project Manager ( Urgent ) Need Both Khmer and Foreigner

KDN Group is created since 2008, positioning in the market as a premium MEP Solutions and Engineering Company located in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia which is focused on contracting services for customers in domestic, industrial and commercial markets in Cambodia and in the South East Asia.Our team are keen, dynamic and norm for the services of project management, design, supply, installation, testing plus commissioning and warranty maintenance systems.  

With the group’s growth and business needs, to expand our operation, we are searching for suitable candidates for the position of Project Manager(1 positions).

1. The project management

   • Be responsible for project progress and report about the stakeholders and customers as required by project’s contract obligations

   • Report about technical, financial and safety aspects of the project execution such as invoicing, payment terms, procurement schedule, budget expenses, accidents, work progress and technical issues

   • Be responsible for profits and loss of project

2. The project executive

   • Manage design and material submitted and coordinate with contractor representatives for getting the approval of design’s drawing s and materials

   • Ensure all tools and material requested are on time as per schedule with clients/ contractors

   • Follow up contract and identify additional work to be quoted to clients and submit the quotation with amendment contract

   • Manage the testing & commissioning and follow approval for relevant certificate from the client before handover work      

3. The project communication

   • Maintain good communication between client and stakeholders of the project

   • Communicate with Head Office for arranging the manpower demobilization

   • Report to Management about the project executed 

4. The technical and safety

   • Advise the technical and safety to the project team

   • Involve with employee disciplinary 

•     Have bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent
•        Be at least 10 years of experiences in project management related MEP work
•     Have strong knowledge in MEP work with good decision making
•     Have good relationship with project stakeholders
•     Be good in Microsoft office, Design and Project
•     Be good communication both in Khmer and English
•     Be patient, flexible and passion in work commitment
