Lab Technician (for Medical Laboratory)

    Technical diploma or certificate from institute or university

    Fresh graduated accepted

    Available to start in April 2018

    Prepare and control automats before sampling (maintenance, calibrations, internal quality control).

    Follow the internal quality controls

    Knowing how to recognize a drift of automats

    Check and prepare patient samples

    Perform immunoserology and immuno-hematology tests according to good practice (follow the instructions in the quality documents)

    Realize manual techniques

    Maintain the workstation and the equipment, in particular by carrying out the maintenances, respecting the procedures applicable to the laboratory

    Carry out the selective sorting of the waste, respect the health and safety instructions

    Participate in the development, implementation and improvement of the laboratory quality system

General qualifications:

    Bilingual French / English – Khmer is highly appreciated

    Computer knowledge

    Organized, methodical and conscientious

    Be responsive during unforeseen situations

    To have team spirit

Practical knowledge or skill

    Knowledge of medical laboratory skill (An experience in biological routine would be highly appreciated)

    Knowledge of quality control tools and quality management process

    Take into account the importance of the patient
