CAD Operator

  KDN Group is created since 2008, positioning in the market as a premium MEP Solutions and Engineering Company located in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia which is focused on contracting services for customers in domestic, industrial and commercial markets in Cambodia and in the South East Asia.    Our team are keen, dynamic and norm for the services of project management, design, supply, installation, testing plus commissioning and warranty maintenance systems.  

With the group’s growth and business needs, To expand our operation, we are searching for suitable candidates for the position of CAD Operator (5 positions).

1. The drawing preparation

  • Prepare and draft the drawing submitted to line manager

  • Issue the preliminary drawing

  • Issue the revised drawing as needed from site or customer requested

  • Interpret the drawing from the architecture into the scope of the contracting work

  • Prepare submittal catalogs before and after bidding stage and while project execution    

2. The project coordination

  • Prepare the BOQ for the projects as per request of line manager

  • Coordinate with stakeholders for getting the detail design including load calculation, schematic diagrams, layout, size and final selection for equipment during the project execution

  • Prepare the construction document to be forward to site including BOQ equipment, construction drawing, technical specification and as building drawing he project support

  • Be site engineer or suitable position for project supported based on the requirement

  • Customize the drawing following to the needed of site management  

•  Have bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent 
•  Be at least 1 year of experiences in MEP drawing 
•  Have basic knowledge in Design and analysis concept 
•  Be good in Microsoft office, AutoCAD or Design  
•  Be good communication both in Khmer and English 
•  Be patient, flexible and passion in work commitment
