Accountant

Position: Accountant   

MATLAB is a construction laboratory’s company to lead by experiential engineers with multi construction laboratory skill. Currently our company has been assessed and complying with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) for Soil Investigation and Testing of Construction Materials.

• Coordinate on the Project Cash/Payment voucher, Journal Voucher and receipt voucher.

• Monthly control of Account payable, Creditor and Debtor by project

• Do the monthly control for each project with percentage of completion by Excel sheet

• Follow up to Technical Department on project report

• Prepared of Monthly and Annual Tax declaration

• Do the fix asset and monthly Depreciation

• Manage in administrative tasks such as keep documents/files, maintain office, secure and safe

• Make sure that staffs come to work on time

• Make sure that staffs adapt with company rule, code of conduct and code of business conduct

• Liaise with legal affairs and relevant departments for compliance requirements

• Assist to Accounting Manager

• All duties as required

• Bachelor's degree of accounting and finance or related field

• At least 2 years experience with this position

• Computer literate word excel, Quick book and Peachtree, internet and Email

• Proficiency both khmer and English

• Can be work in pressure

• Hard working, honest, respectful, flexible and friendly

• High energy/ability to drive results

• Self-motivated to learn new concepts

• Have a very positive work attitude including willing to work longer hours during periods
