Main Responsibility

- Provide overall technical support to Owner/Managing Partner, playing a key role with drafting proposals, assembling project teams & monitoring various projects.

- Support Managing Partner in monitoring cash flow in projects in consultation with Board of Directors
- Ensuring the completion of project in a safe manner, within budget, on schedule
- Promotes and practices team building across the project
- Along with Managing Partner, reviews and approves the prime contracts/bids after getting the legal consultation, in order to assist Board of Directors to make the decision in choosing the suitable projects/programs due to future strategy
- Assist Managing Partner in directing the preparation of progress and special reports to Board of Directors
- Reviews and approves the trend programs, project cost estimates, forecasts, schedules and change order controls (to assure that all changes are being handled appropriately).
- Assist Managing Partner in Directing Contract, Bid Negotiation/Presentation to Board of Directors
- Assist with Approval/Evaluation of the Employees performance
- Directs the coordination channel among Existing projects & all the company departments
- Review monthly progress reports/payments related to all parties (i.e. company subcontractors, vendors, etc.) and approved prior to official submittal to concerned party
- Assist Managing Partner to provide Board of Directors with Monthly Updated Reports regarding ongoing project activities in terms of Resources, Cost, Schedule, Data & Analysis
