 Report accident and near miss to project manager.

 Advice the contractors to comply with all the requirements on safety

and health.

 Performs regular job site inspections of all crews in order to identify any unsafe work practices and unsafe conditions, documenting the visits on observation forms and forwarding findings to HSE Engineer.

 Responsible for the coordination of supplemental inspections when new equipment, substances or processes are introduced as well as when new or formerly indistinguishable hazards are discovered.

 Report immediately to the HSE Manager any near miss incidents also any safety violations that may violate the HSE Rule & Regulation.

 Check each Subcontractor’s work procedures in accordance with HSE Policy required and report to HSE Manager.

 Advise the supervisory personnel of each discipline for non-compliance HSE activities.

 Supervise the construction site daily to check that the Subcontractors’ works are executed in accordance with this HSE plan.

 Maintain and improved to the best HSE standard on site

 Ensures Log out Tag out must be properly safe and implement the​ monthly color coding

 To provide and maintain a safe place and system of work, enhance the safety standards and promote safety awareness at all sites under my control.  To motivate and guide all workers to appreciate the cooperation of working together efficiently and strive towards zero accident.  To investigate all incidents, near misses and accident and take corrective measures to ensure they do not recur.  To comply with all requirements on safety and health matters as stipulated in the occupational Safety Rules and Regulation.  Liaise with sub-contractor safety manager and input positive health and safety culture.  Carry out regular and random inspection at site and make observation report.  Keep records all safety documents including permits observation reports minutes of Meeting etc.  Coordinate to all sub-contractors regarding safety rules and work permit system. Attend weekly safety meeting to our client.

 Attend weekly constructions meeting to our client.

 Ensure the use of PPE and safety equipment provided.

 Issue certificates and awards to deserving sub contractors

workers to promote safety attitude.

 Conduct safety walk through together with client safety and all

sub-contractors safety

 To identify unsafe act unsafe condition at site and make

immediate action to avoid accident incident to happen.
