HR Work:
- Handle recruitment process, job announcements on recruitment website, LinkedIn, other social media
- Preparing schedule for interview process, check reference, job offers, personal data
- Preparing employment contracts, probationary, letter salary increments after probation
- Collecting monthly employee attendances, overtime, leave to prepare Payroll
- Maintaining and updates master personal file, personal database of employee
- Conducting employee onboarding and off-boarding
- Monthly NSSF, Fort Insurance, staff movement
- Yearly renew work permit, workbook, visa extend with external agency
- Monthly employee lunch engagement
Admin Work:
- Work with maintenance in repair work in building with internal maintenance and external maintenance
- Lead front office receptionist day to day operation to ensure good service to tenants
- Lead security guard to ensure safety parking in the building
- Supervise Housekeeper to clean in tenants’ room and office follow weekly schedule
- Maintenance with good tenant and make contract
- Purchase request staff uniform, office material and apartment linen
- Process quote and prepare procurement request
- Manage and communication with supplier to keep update price changing
- Other tasks assigned by Director
