Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist Technical Manger to develop technical Department plan including DVB-T, OTT, IPTV &
DTH platform
• Assist Technical Manager for business case analysis on any technical proposal for company
interest and optimization
• Assist Technical Manager to develop and implement the monitoring processes of all services
including network performance, network maintenance, facilities management, and overall
network reliability to ensure 99.99% uptime
• Assist Technical Manager to collect technical information of competitors
• Develop and implement the daily operation tasks to be in line with department plan
• Research and develop for optimization of DVB-T, OTT, IPTV & DTH platform

• Assist line manager to complete the project.

• Identify, plan and cost future development and upgrades to the IT infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Design and implement server and network infrastructure for IT and technical department.
• VPN site to site for all provincial branches as well as connect to business partners. IPsec
and WebVPN for remote access to company resource for outside network
• Implement firewall rule on FortiGate that guard to the production network
• Configure router, switch, WAN, LAN, wireless, and all network devices.
• Setup server hardware / software and application require for business.
• Backup all company data for locally server & Off-site data backup to store at safe place.
• Implement security policy to all workstations in the company from domain group policy
by controlling USB access, internet access.
• Install and configure antivirus server and client to protect computer and server from any
source that can harm the system
• Configure IPPBX phone system, extension for all staffs for communication in office as
well as outside of office.

• Monitor and maintenance of all IT equipment including FortiGate, ASA, router, switch,
IPPBX, server, workstation, printer, phone, internet line, public domain...etc.
• Planning, project management and manage hardware/software to support business
running with high availability and stability; improving service availability by
implementing the monitoring system and keep monitoring, set alarm by email which
deliver the system availability up to 99.999%
• Take action immediately for application and server related issues that impact the
business
• Follow technology trend to keep software and hardware up to date and running with the
latest technology as much as possible.
