- Check all connection PLC, DPLC, IPLC, Leas Line, VPLS, LLC with ISP company
- Support with IT branch duration connection unstable
- Troubleshooting with user can’t access to internet or system
- Create DHCP Scope on DHCP Server
- Create Gateway on firewall with new subnet
- Allow all rule on firewall user request

- Manage and Monitoring all switches ports, link in Head office
- Create authentication AD
- Configure VPN Site to Site on firewall
- Create an existing VPN rule with global protect on firewall
- Create an existing VPN rule for vendor
- Drop any issue with vendor support
- Check user computer not connectivity
- Enable security port for user check location or computer
- Remote to support when IT branch staff can’t fix problem for users.
