Establishing a relationship of trust and respect with students and students’ parents;
Responsible for direct communication with customers include students and students’ parent
( providing information to the company background, service, explain clearly the process of service to the students and their parents)
Counselling with the students in order to get to know their goals, their level, and their talent
to put them in an appropriate study plan.
Helping the students to make decision and choices regarding possible ways forward;
Coordinate all customers needed to make them feel really satisfied with the service;
Communicate with foreign partners through E-mail or phone call to follow up work mostly
in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
Event organizing and seeking the event to join to build company branding to be well-known
Establish good relationship with every related schools, institutions, university or
communities;
Do the schools, universities visit to present the company service for potential students
Helping Branding Manager to do branding
Working to agreed targets in relation to students contract;
Keeping records and using reporting tools;
Making articles for social media promotion
Helping students with student visa and visitor visa

Use scholarships database system to control scholarship student data
Manage all income and outcome communication and all document within office
Maintain contact , office calendar, consult closely with university notional calendar

Distribute scholarship policy to all scholar to make sure students are aware of
scholarship policy
