Provide a Proper daily cleaning in all offices, meeting rooms, Kitchens and bathrooms. Ensure a safe, Hygienic and efficient office work environment for the staff and visitor.
Ensure all the electrical and office equipments are operated and in case of breakdown/damage to be reported to the manager/maintenance team.
Ensure all the plants are watered and treated.
Assist with purchasing department.
Pantry and stationery store stocks available.
Assist the fire wardens to exit staff during emergencies or fire alarm training.
Assist staff in office administrative work (copying, laminating, scanning, binding, shredding).
Ensure all notice boards/signs are updated and organized on all floors and bathrooms.
Ensure the sanitizers, air fresher, toilet paper, towel dispenser are refilled and in order.
Security issues – report to the security on any suspicious activities, packages, person without visitor ID badges.
Ensure Executive management meeting and training session’s time projector, polycum are working.
HSSE manager approved work order with office moved, office furniture relocated.
