EIPP is a fully automated business-to-business customer billing and payment solution. This is great tool to reduce operation cost by e-invoicing for customers to view and for them to select for payments.The main objective of this project is migration of application layers of EIPP and FPX from the existing server to the Banks private cloud platform and moving the complete application data base from the existing Oracle DB server to the Ambank Oracle 12c RAC.

The UAT testing phase of the project includes:

EIPP:-

• Testing the Maintenance Screens for the Bank Users (Bank Security Admin & Bank Admin)

o Add/Delete/Modify/Withdraw
o Generate / Dowload -Report & Log Files
o Schedule Job ( Able to run and complete by Time)

• Transactions - DMS- (Direct Merchant Settlement)

o To ensure all DMS Transactions are able to upload, process and final status as paid.

• PTPTN

o To ensure all DMS Transactions are able to upload, process and final status as paid

• John pay

o Set up New Biller, outgoing reports, incoming reports, collection report.

FPX:-

• Testing the Maintenance Screens for the Bank Users (Bank Security Admin & Bank Admin)

MAE is an e-Wallet, that allow customer to open Maybank E-Wallet account instantly anywhere everywhere. Introducing a physical card application and card management system for the MAE customers, NTB and ETB customers able to open MAE account, access e-wallet.ETB Customers able to step up and have premier M2U account linked to MAE card. Customers able to use this MAE card faculty internationally within the listed countries. Able to view the balance in the respective country currencies Customers able to view the transactions both foreign currency and local currency with exchange rate applied displayed 

The UAT testing phase of app includes all about NTB and ETB MAE physical application work flow, step up work flow which creates premier account linked to MAE , for ETB the existing account would be linked t to the card. The testing also includes verification and validations card managements , customers able to activate or deactivate top up , change pin, international use etc.

o NTB on boarding with e-verification complete. e-verification pending.

o NTB on boarding with CDD complete, CDD pending,

o ETB customers with CASA , without CASA

o ETB- with credits cards, loans /FD .

The UAT testing phase for all the above is verified by using both Secure2U and TAC process. Also validations are done for both Local customers holding IC and also foreign nationals holding passports.

AGIC operations are based on 2 major applications Alpha and Opus .Alpha is the front end application used by all the Allianz agents, Franchise ,Telemarketing ,Opus is the back end application used by the Headquarter staff ,users. The functionalities required for different projects like introduction of New Products, Enhancements, Improvements are recorded and deployed.

The main objective is to ensure in Alpha and Opus all the products adopt e-policy concept and allow users to issue new business ,renewal for both individual and corporate customer type. Also allow issuance of different Endorsement, Printing policy schedules, Endorsement Schedules, premium Debit Note, Tax Debit Note, Tax credit Note and the reporting of Auto policy Successful Listing and unsuccessful listing .Functionalities are also recorded for changes in Finance , Claims and Reinsurance.

Involved in Various Major Projects:

• Introduction of New Motor product for BMW and MINI cars.

• Introduction of New Health Cancer Care product

• Leap year bases premium calculations verification.

Project: My Business Portal -Digital( MBPE- Enhancements)

Optus Business Service Management provides services for different products User Admin, Network, Email, Printers, Mobility, Procurement, Internet, Software, Hardware, Back Ups. Wi-Fi, Citrix, Site visit and Application and handles Incident, Request, Problem or Change Request for these products.

OPTUS Business Portal provides the following high level functions: 

1. Order – View and purchase from the product catalogue. Currently includes mobile devices and activating new mobile services.

2. Service – Raise and track service requests and incidents

3. Manage – Configure and manage Optus services. Currently includes mobile services, activating new SIM cards and modifying features such as international roaming and voicemail on existing mobile services

This project consist of functional design , relevant page layouts and user behaviors for the customer- facing pages for the Voice and Data MAC request functions in the Manage section of My Business portal. It deals with proposed process workflow, Accessing Requests .Voice Mac Products, Data Mac products and the approval process.

Prooposed process workflow-This section details reflects how the general new request creation, approval and view request process work flow within the Manage section of My Bossiness Portal in conjunction with the backend Services Management native view of Service-Now.

Accessing Requests-This section details the screen designs and foundation of how to Add to the Service request functionality and integration with the Customer views of the portal.

Voice Mac Products: This section covers following products Optus Multiline, Optus Direct line, Optus TAC access Services (TAS), Optus Global Free Access (GFA), PSTN/ ISDN , Optus Long Distance, Optus Intellemanager. This section deals with the screen designs and functionality for Voice products. For Voice products Add, Change, Relocate, Terminate Manage request is integrated Customers Views of the Portal.

Data MAC Products: This section covers following products Optus Evolve Ethernet WAN, Optus Evolve Internet, Optus Broad link etc. This section deals with the screen designs and functionality for Data products. For Data products Add, Change, Relocate, Terminate Manage request is integrated Customers Views of the Portal.

Approval process: This section covers approval flow process. This section deals how the MAC Change user can change the request to “ Quote Required” =yes, MAC Approver can approve the request or decline the request or Cancel the request. Also it reflects how MAC Change user can create a new child change request and process the request to 'Closed Complete'
