The UAT testing phase of app includes all about NTB and ETB MAE physical application work flow, step up work flow which creates premier account linked to MAE , for ETB the existing account would be linked t to the card. The testing also includes verification and validations card managements , customers able to activate or deactivate top up , change pin, international use etc.
o NTB on boarding with e-verification complete. e-verification pending.
o NTB on boarding with CDD complete, CDD pending,
o ETB customers with CASA , without CASA
o ETB- with credits cards, loans /FD .
The UAT testing phase for all the above is verified by using both Secure2U and TAC process. Also validations are done for both Local customers holding IC and also foreign nationals holding passports.

This project consist of functional design , relevant page layouts and user behaviors for the customer- facing pages for the Voice and Data MAC request functions in the Manage section of My Business portal. It deals with proposed process workflow, Accessing Requests .Voice Mac Products, Data Mac products and the approval process.
Prooposed process workflow-This section details reflects how the general new request creation, approval and view request process work flow within the Manage section of My Bossiness Portal in conjunction with the backend Services Management native view of Service-Now.
Accessing Requests-This section details the screen designs and foundation of how to Add to the Service request functionality and integration with the Customer views of the portal.
Voice Mac Products: This section covers following products Optus Multiline, Optus Direct line, Optus TAC access Services (TAS), Optus Global Free Access (GFA), PSTN/ ISDN , Optus Long Distance, Optus Intellemanager. This section deals with the screen designs and functionality for Voice products. For Voice products Add, Change, Relocate, Terminate Manage request is integrated Customers Views of the Portal.
Data MAC Products: This section covers following products Optus Evolve Ethernet WAN, Optus Evolve Internet, Optus Broad link etc. This section deals with the screen designs and functionality for Data products. For Data products Add, Change, Relocate, Terminate Manage request is integrated Customers Views of the Portal.
Approval process: This section covers approval flow process. This section deals how the MAC Change user can change the request to “ Quote Required” =yes, MAC Approver can approve the request or decline the request or Cancel the request. Also it reflects how MAC Change user can create a new child change request and process the request to 'Closed Complete'
