- Set monthly target for distributor’s staff and upload to Dealer Management System

- Raise new requirements to the vendor to get the new feature of Smart Dealer App (ex: SIM registration with MRZ code, eTop Up Purchase, Dealer incentive automated…)
- Organize user acceptance test (UAT) session
- Arrange and call all relative team for training
- Daily support and settle all problem related to the operation
- Calculate monthly incentive for TSO/FSO
- Develop report required by Manager and Head of Channel Sales
- Monitoring and coordinate on new dealer app creation and fix all issues
- Prepare salary for distributor’s staff
- Monitoring and coordinate on E-Top up SIM creation to make sure complete in the system and distribute to dealer
