I managed to make learning English fun for the kids by making my classes more interactive, playing games and do many activities with the kids. This made it easy for me to be their guide and friend. Since in China people don't speak English at all, this job comes with a lot of challenges but I still did my best and led our institution to win A Phonics award against other best schools. I was able to improve their vocabulary and oral English.
