I am responsible for the planning of marketing activities and achieving profitable sales (Margin, Volume, Profit). I have added many new channel partners in the business. The product range I deal with are both Bulk and branded consumer products such as Palm Oil, Rice, Milk Products under the brand name OKI. Below are some of my key responsibilities:
Efficient handling of existing customer base and new Client acquisition
Formulation of Consumer Pricing Strategy – Unit Economics
Planning for Product availability (category and SKU wise).
Planning the AOP and Marketing budget for the year and its proper execution as planned.
ATL / BTL planning
Achieving Primaries of sales target
Competition mapping and competitor pricing analysis. Numeric Distribution tracking.
Building and managing efficient sales and distribution channel – including E-commerce
Sales strategy development: create innovative channels to reach retailers and whole sellers / Sales team development
Market, Competitor and Customer analysis to improve sales performances
Recruit, train, and managing a team
Holistic trade channel development (open markets, super markets, street markets, neighborhood shops and hawkers) along with HORECA development
Devise and execute strategies/promotions to penetrate and create visibility in the trade.
