- Look after the whole team for both international and domestic for 30 staffs to assure that the daily operation comply with the procedures and policies without breaching any AML and CFT policies
- Work closely with the owner group policies of AML/CFT , ETS , Regulator, and other policies related to the bank to ensure that any update of this policies to inform the team and involvement stakeholders on time
- Update all procedures related to the team to line up with the policies from time to time
- Simplify process , guidelines to ensure without breaches and alignment with market’s need
- Lead staffs(more than 30 people ) to have their more hard skills and soft skills to uplift their capacity and capabilities to perform with daily tasks
- Develop can do “attitude” and positive thinking
- Set objective for whole team on each year to ensure that bringing up with the regional strategy
- Coaching and mentoring staffs in order to achieve their goal
- Perform staffs’-appraisal at the end of the year
