QC Supervisor

Main Duties Job:
- Check technical sewing and check paper pattern, or marker before proceed cutting.
- Responsible all issued the overall qualities goods from preparing until the goods shipped
- Conducted pre-production meeting (PPM) with factories as approval.
- Conduct, fabric inspection, cutting, Inline, Follow up Final inspection (Loading check Woven & knit) follow AQL,
- Daily monitor (follow up) production status at factories and processing in bulk production concerning new orders and follow up quality on-site in production.
- Closely working with production manager to make sure that the goods can ship as delivery, and maintain report to regional manager and head office .
- Evaluated all type sample and approval before send to Hong Kong and VN office
- Conducted (meeting Quality) technical & social audit at factories before place orders to those are factories.
- Conduct inspection base on AQL of all finished garments to meet buyer standard and maintain records for inspection.
- Evaluate all samples from approval to shipment samples
- Check all patterns, trims and accessories to be used making sample evaluate sample size.
- Coordinate with merchandisers regarding buyer’s instructions, trims and accessories to be at sample stage.
- Evaluate every first piece output and measure each size based on buyer’s required quality and measurement specifications.
- Follow up all kind of audit if any found during the previous audit.
- Double check QC files send from Hong Kong Merchandisers and confirm upon receipt by e-mail and cc email to QC team let they know completion or any missing like (Approve trim, shade band etc.),before conduct PPM or mention in form PPM and follow up till complete documents to preventive any issue occur during bulk production.
- Check QA files send from Hong Kong MR compare with QA files of factories for clarify matching or mismatch before conducted PPM or during PPM.
- Recap factory visit report to regional Manager
- Work closely with the factories for follow up production and process quality control activities from sample stage to shipment.
- Conducted meeting with factory manager, QA manager, production manager, MR of factories for analysis prevent high defects rate or any comments from the customers
- Assurance of pattern to sewing line production- Encode all movement of specs measurement.
- Responsible to check the nested pattern before proceed to make maker.
