- Develop monthly and quarterly work plan and prepare the project’s annual report for donors;
- Develop new tobacco control fact sheets based on information collected and update the existing fact sheets if needed;
- Prepare press conferences, workshops, training program, research dissemination workshops, awarding ceremonies (invite participant and media reporters, find venue, budget for press conference, material to be distributed......);
- Provide presentations in workshops and other training programs;
- Update mass media contacted lists and stakeholders’ lists;
- Appropriately allocate fact sheets/information/CD to mass media and other stakeholders;
- Provide sources/materials to those attending press conference as approved by the Executive Director;
- Come up with ideas to successfully implement project as well initiate future activities plan;

Media and Finance Officer

- Periodically write articles for news release (both Khmer and English).
- Translate documents, TV documentaries and Radio features.
- Develop and design posters and brochures base on each event and campaign such as the World No Tobacco Day, Water Festival, …etc.
- Being responsible for all tasks including pre-workshop (invitation letters, WS venue, restaurant booking, press release, guest speaker and chairman), during WS (being MC, WS presenter/trainer, …), and post WS (follow up the progress of participant and write articles for them if they need to publicize on printed media and websites or broadcast on TV and radio)
- Regularly conduct Printed Media Monitoring by collecting information from newspapers and other printed media on tobacco advertising as well as on tobacco control.
- Assist the executive director to come up with new topics and keys messages for media campaign trough TV program radio program and other documentaries as well as to come up with new project ideas for upcoming funded projects.
- Implement financial operation such as register payment receipts and other office financial transaction.
- Contact with media reporters to follow up tobacco control article published on Printer Media and electronic media.
