With my currently job as Shipping Manager in toys factory, I’m handle more than 10 buyers experience and export to every country in world such as Europe, Canada, USA, China and Korea. The summary of job as below:
- Manage import cargo from China, Indonesia and Korea to get into factory quick with smaller shipping cost.
- Analyze shipping cost of import and export by trade term of shipping.
- Understand the import and export procedure and always work closely with forwarder.
- Flexible and solve the shipping problem with small cost.

- Monitor/check/follow up import schedule to ensure fabric/accessories get into factory on time with lowest shipping cost.
- Check every items of import product follow the company stock CDC.
- Successful in bring Pandora Packing Project for factory.
- Booking shipment by email or forwarder online booking system.
- Check Order on CBX System (First System Use in Cambodia for Garment Supplier), Create label sticker in CBX, and send ASN.
- Monitor/check/follow up export procedure to follow the government rule of export, forwarder and buyer requirements.
- Apply online Certificate of Origin.
- Do and check all shipping documents for export/import to ensure its correct to avoid any problem during custom clearance.
- Monthly report to Ministry of industry and Ministry of Commerce.
- Enter stock for import and cut stock for export to be ensured the factory stock is always balance.
- Yearly stock inventory for MOC.
- Prepare Buyer Documents and send direct to buyer by express and submitted Bank Documents follow L/C requirement.
