- Monitor entire procurement depart ent process
- Control all purchase request from other relevant department and divide to staff for processing
- Check and verified on Purchase request after receipt
- Check quotation from two / three supplier both oversea and local then negotiate price and other conditions from supplier to make sure all information.
- Prepare comparison to choose the best one for management to approve
- Issue Purchase order for management to approve and award to supplier both local and overseas
- Follow up term of delivery and update to management
- Track Shipment when order from overseas
- Check and received the goods which bought from both local and overseas then handover to requester/end-user
- Assist to Purchase all items for restaurant that also in group of my company such as Kitchen ingredients and cooking (food & Beverage)
- Monitor supplier list and price for Kitchen and restaurant supporting
- Create item code and master list for kitchen in restaurant and TEA brand store.
- Develop and update the policies and procedure of procurement deapertment
- Month Petty cash controlling for procurement team
- Support to other department such as engineering, IT, Operation, Leasing & Marketing, HR, Fit-out.
