Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate all related people issues and identify HR solutions required to enhance people's performance in order to support business operations and strategies
- Monitor, consolidate, and support in analyzing professional discussion results to ensure fairness, and alignment with business objectives and performance curve
- Participate with Boss in setting up performance and skills improvement plan to enhance the high performance culture within provincial office
- Implement and monitor new staff integration process to ensure new staff are well integrated
- Improve and monitor employee relations and engagement within provincial office in order to identify and address key underlying issues, and contribute to enhance working environment and conditions
- Diagnose staff turnover, provide recommendations, and follow up the implementation of actions to be done by relevant stakeholders to ensure staff turnover is manageable
- Support HR Operations, Recruitment, and Staff Capacity Development team to deliver HR services, disseminate HR policies and processes and reinforce the implementation, involve in people review process, facilitate internal communication about people agenda; and so on
- Facilitate and provide consultation in promotion, demotion, transfer, and disciplinary actions in order to ensure the fairness and alignment with internal guidelines and legal compliance

- Implement some HR initiatives or activities in provincial office and branches to ensure that the applications of corporate culture, corporate values, and code of conduct are fully implemented.
