Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all store are maximize profit while minimizing costs
- Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Train, challenge, motivate, encourage, and provide constructive guidance to store a manger and the team related to all areas of effective operation
- Overseeing the performance management of the entire store management team to achieve the desired results in supporting the business KPI’s
- Schedule regular store visit to ensure compliance in all area of customer service, store operations, and loss prevention.
- Ensure that all customer service initiatives are in place, dealing with issues quickly and courteously.
- Preparing for opening new store and organizing special promotion, displays and events;
- Ensure store supervisors and staff manages optimum stock levels in order to ensure maximum SKU counts while minimizing shrinkage.
- Responding to customers complaints and comments according to shift reports;
- Prepare day to day store operation reports (Supervisor Report, inventory, stock take, sales, cashier discrepancy, assets)
- Liaise with IT Officer regarding any IT issues, and create and follow up work schedule for IT officer
- Perform any high level general affairs functions related to store operations (e.g. negotiate with landlords, tax, local authorities, etc.) as the need arises.
