• Review in building high risk with insurance.

• Assisting and coordinating with internal logistic if there is any shipment (Medical equipment clearance proceed)

• Building inspects if there is any issued occurring then reporting to Main constructor and sub-constructor

• Monitor on staffs’ duty for daily operations.

• Check and review on payment proceed flowing procedure.

• Monitor on procurements proceeding

• Overall responsibility to communicate with the Upper management the daily reporting and results of each department’s activities.

• Collect and review all department reports to understand and summarize in order to report to upper management as well as coordinating in making any adjustments as required by upper management to ensure success operations.

• Be responsible for guest tours around the building, communication of move-ins, signing of contracts, explanation of services and amenities to tenants and collections of invoice payment.

• Be responsible for the training of Front Office staff to ensure a high standard of customer service for overall working flow, and to support building manager when they are off duty.

• Provide staff support in understanding all position details and goals to ensure a successful shift and high-quality services.

• Assist in coordinating tenant needs submitted by front desk, or made by upper management.

• Ensure the highest customer service satisfaction, by monitoring the quality of each employee’s daily activities.

• Maintain organizational needs in all documents collected, to coordinate with the finance department and upper management.

• Manage the efficiency of each department to maintain top-level service.

• Be available to others who may need assistance or have comments or suggestions as necessary to demonstrate a commitment to quality service and to continually improve services.

• Responsible for tenant communications of any issues, requests and assist with tenant move in and check-ins during working periods. There may be some emergency cases in which you may have to take immediate action when off duty.

• Direct link to upper management and staff.

• Control and process Sales requests (sales order log, invoicing,…)

• Attend to counter sales.

• Provide assistance to customers on products and pricing.

• Process cash sales and provide daily summary.

• Process credit notes for Sales Department.
