I have many years of experience working in customer relations, hospitality, property management, Building Management and handling customer complaints.
My core valued for entire staff is focused on general management for all staff, training for staff in the standardization, and standardization documentation for each department.

Role Responsibilities in Function:
I. Relationship Management
- Rental : Tracking the revenue and other service from tenant
- Lease agreement: Lease agreement between Landlord and tenants tracking and create lease agreement with term and condition.
- Expense: Minimize the expense of the building defect with landlord
II. Maintenance Management
- Framework & Audit and Support: Supervise overall in Working and guild to facility management team for building defect issued, repair & maintenance and other work order request from outlet.
- Control maintenance budget expense in maintenance and repairs
- Applying maintenance workflow & SOP
III. Building security Management
- Enforce in security protocol and SOP for building safety management
- Supervise and conduce training in regular and workflow for safety concern in patrol in/out
- Assign workstation of each CCTV to monitor in the building for safety hazard.
- Audit the work
IV. Hygiene Management
- Managed on cleaning supervisor to cleanliness the areas focus and common areas
- Create checklist and SOP for cleanliness
- Schedule to property owner for cleaning inspection regular to make sure the building is cleanliness
- Apply SOP for water bottling station workflow for apply cleanliness certificate
V. Admin Management
- Supervise and monitor in Admin team operations team for efficiency for Building Management
- Tracking department expense and purchasing item for operational
- Building asset control and management
VI. Reception Management
- Overseeing in reception area and tracking in guest in/out register
- Supervise and tracking report of daily reception duty
- Reception workflow SOP
VII. Budget Management
- Planning for operation expense
- Managing budget for Repair & maintenance, HRM, cleaning supply and other expense related to Building Management
