As a retail leasing executive, I have been responsible for finding best tenants to lease spaces of our lead leasing malls. This involves a lot of marketing research and analysis about the location of the mall. I also made cold emails to clients to persuade them to lease spaces in the mall, make calls to follow up and update with tenants and landlords. Most significantly, I have to set up meetings with clients to discuss project in more details and do the negotiation with them. These of the things and skills help me improve my ability in marketing and communication a lot.
