My Dream Home is a social enterprise addressing the lack of affordable housing in Cambodia through the developing interlocking bricks that its system is like Lego bricks. When putting together to form a wall, these bricks systems use less cement, less labor intensive. The total cost of construction from these bricks is cheaper than traditional building from red clay bricks. Currently, We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill position Site Engineer.

Duties:

• Prepare designing and construction schedule of each project.
• Monitor for all construction project by inspection of civil engineering tasks assigned by director and manager.
• Prepare cost estimation of a construction project including specifications,  and carry out surveying and drafting.
• Liaising with  other designers, including architectural and structural design, to agree on safe designs and their fit with the concept of the construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree  Civil Engineering  other equivalent degrees;
• Be able  to use AutoCAD 2D  or 3D or other  tools;
• Minimum 1-2 year of experiences of related field
• Good communication, organizational skills and ability  work  a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
• Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working.
• Willing to work on the field and able to stay overnight  project target areas
• Understands all aspects of the design drawing and construction process.
