NutriCam (Nutrition Cambodia), a newly established local enterprise, is going to produce soy milk based drink in order to answer the needs of Cambodian people, especially malnutrition children. The vision of the NutriCam is to become the leading organization in providing nutritious food (soy based products) supply in Cambodia. The overall strategy of the NutriCam is to become the responsive, respectful, honest and quality-focused organization in providing nutritious food supply in Cambodia. Soybean is a very good local raw material, low price, contains high protein that can be consumed instead of meat, and high calcium for strengthen bones, teeth, and nail. Soybean also riches of other nutrients such as amino acids, carbohydrate, fiber, iron, magnesium, zinc, potassium, phosphorus, and other vitamins (USDA database) that are very good for supporting body growth, brain development, movement, and preventing diseases as well as malnutrition.
