Shipping Officer

LSH (Cambodia) Pte. Ltd is a leading Food and Beverage Supplier in Cambodia, and we are currently seeking a qualified and dynamic candidate to join our team.

Job Position:  Shipping Officer = 1 Position

Responsibility: 

• Prepare invoice & packing list for customs house
• Complete the customs systems form for declaration
• Go to MOA / MOH / or collect some documents
• Follow up with transport for containers arrive the port & LSH’s warehouse
• Inform Warehouse to arrange staff for unload the goods
• In put the detail in excel for tracking the container for monthly and payment to transport
• Scan and edit PO & Invoice for process payment to suppliers
• Need to complete the customs documents before container arrive the port (Check and verify the Unit price / Qty on the invoice & Packing List to customs)
• Need to be alerted to respond SMS, email, phone to superior and others related departments
• Need to complete the correct information in excel list of container for supervisor checking
• Follow up container from oversea
• Daily monitor and act as shipping assistant’s mentor
• Other tasks to be assigned by superior/manger.

Working day

• Monday-Half Saturday
• From 8:00am – 05:30pm

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in office job/shipping
• Be able to use Microsoft word and excel
• Good both in English speaking and written.
