We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within our company. You will work closely with the Management team and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR software

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Source and screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various recruitment channels
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities
Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending job offers
Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on the status of open positions
Develop and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other external partners
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process
Assist with other HR and Admin tasks and projects as needed Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the telecommunications industry
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to attract and select top talent
Experience using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
