Position title: Business Executive-MMH
Location: Mega Lifesciences Office-Cambodia
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare sales & marketing plan
- Ensure implementation of the agreed plans through the sale/marketing team.
- Plan & conduct / support Sales Force to organize group presentations, KOLs meetings and exhibition.
- Implement training programs as per Dept’s training plan.
- Analyse sale and customer trend.
- Create/update brochure and leaflet for Med Representative’s.
- Handle customer’s complains about the assigned products/principal
- Go on field for KOL visit with sale force team frequently to maintain and strengthen good customer relationship;
- Conduct training to sale teams and medical representatives about new products; Product refreshment, Key message, tactic to relationship with customer
- Conduct meeting with Doctor’s and pharmacy at Department of Hospital and private sectors.
- Ensure that the code of conduct and code of ethics is followed at levels within your responsibility area.
- Other task assigned by the Business Unit Manager.

Required Qualification
- MD/B.Pharm
- 4-5 Years of work experience in product and marketing management.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Position title: Product Executive
Directly reports to:Business Executive
Location: Mega Lifesciences Office-Cambodia
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare marketing plan & implement promotional materials & programs.
- Plan & conduct / support Sale Force to organize group presentations, KOLs meetings, exhibition.
- Implement training programs as per Dept’s training plan.
- Analyse sale and customer trend.
- Create brochure and leaflet for Med –Rep and updated literature.
- Handle customer’s complains about the assigned products.
- Go on field for KOL visit with sale force team frequently to maintain and strengthen good customer relationship;

Required Qualification
- B.Pharm
- 2-3 years work experience in product and marketing management.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Position title: Medical Representative
Location: Mega Lifesciences Office-Cambodia
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell products throughout pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and other customers.
- Meet Doctors, Pharmacist, and other healthcare workers in order to detail the company products.
- Build good relationship with customers.
- Plan and implement with Doctors and Pharmacy meetings for the promotion of the products.
- Create demand for the products at hospitals, clinics, pharmacy and other health care outlet.
- Joint and perform all other marketing activities.
- Regular feedback on the promotional strategies of the company.
- Prepare and submit sales receipt and other supporting document.
- Maintain daily record of the promotional materials issued by the company.
- Maintain daily report, tour plan, and Dr’s dairy.
- Maintain all other Kits, including uniform, working bag, literature etc.
- Prepare report to ASM
- Other task assigned by Area Sales Manager.

Required Qualification
- B.Pharm and other degree
- 6 months-1 years work experience as Medical Representative.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Position title: Sales Representative-Skin Care
Location: Mega Lifesciences Office-Cambodia
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell products throughout pharmacies and other customers.

Position title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Mega Lifesciences Office-Cambodia
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business development strategies and plans for assigned product range.
- Set and track sales goals for the assigned target
- Manage, supervise and motivate the sales team
- Provide training and support to the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Ensure proper implementation of Strategy
- Follow up Implementation on Skill development training
- Manage and monitor the implementation of business action plans to achieve the business targets.
- Manage team to coordinate and support the marketing activities (group presentation. customer meeting/ symposium etc.)
- Analyze and evaluate market changes, competitor’s activities and propose the amendment aligned with the company’s regulation.
- Allocate business targets to the assigned Sales Representative based on the business analysis and potential territories and resources.
- Inform the supervised employees the relevant policies and regulations relating to business & customers to ensure timely implementation.
- Build up customers development strategies to develop good relationship with them.
- Handle customer feedback and requirement timely.
- Other task assigned by Business unit head.

Required Qualification
- B.Pharm Degree
- 5 Years work experience in selling products and team management
- Good commend of written and spoken English;
