01/ Digital Marketing Officer
[Closing Date: 31 July, 2023  Salary range: $350 - $700]

Job Description:

• Developing content/schedule for social media and Web App applications
• Design creative artworks to promote company brand and products.
• Be able to use and manage Facebook page, (Boost Post, Lead Generation, and Facebook Pixel).
• Be able to use and manage Google Ads Manager (Search Network).
• Report on campaigns across Facebook, Google (Search networks) and third-party websites Traffic analyze user engagement.
• Provide recommendations and scheduling online advertising.
• Contribute to monthly performance reports from Facebook and Google.
• Work closely with other member in company or team work.
• Participate in workflow and process, technical review, meeting and discussion
• Conduct code review, Testing and Prepare documents
• Be able to develop both Android & iOS app is more preferable
• Perform other jobs assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree of Marketing, Information Technology, Business Management or other relevant skills.
• Open mind and willingness to learn about advertisement and marketing.
• Experience with social media, such as growing or managing a Facebook page and Instagram.
• Comfortable working on a schedule to meet deadlines.
• Passionate about marketing, content creating.
• Comfortable communicating with colleagues and team members.
• Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player.
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Good Written and spoken Khmer and English.
• Good Computer literacy such as: Microsoft Office, Artwork and Graphic Designing Program.

02/ Sales Supervisor Focus on Sanitary Ware (01ps)
[Closing Date: 31 July, 2023  Salary range: Negotiation]

Job Description:

• Prepare and Propose Sales & Marketing Plan
• Create effective sale strategies
• Build up relationship with all architecture, designer and update product information, (Build up Biz. Net)
• Committed to archive target with Sales Target Planning
• Effected communication with customer, Investor of company product
• To give the valuable input/idea that can be implemented to achieve company goals
• Share knowledge among the team to increase the competencies of the team in creating sales
• Meeting face to face with customer or architect to do the products presentation and sales
• Manage distribution to ensure products availability in the assigned areas
• To lead the execution of sale program in specific area/channel
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by Management Teams
• Able to work well in team or individual
• Being patient, loyal, responsible, and willing to work hard
• Report to Management Teams

Education and Experience Requirement

• Men is preferred
• Have experience on Sanitary Ware is priority
• University degree in Sales/Marketing or similar
• At least 2-3 years experience in sales job with fast moving construction materials
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer knowledge in Ms. Office
• Good command in English, both written and spoken
• Having own motorbike
