ASIA-PACIFIC FREDFORT International School is seeking some staff to fulfill for Academic Year 2023-2024

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A-Ensure Stock Availability

  1. Foresee supply and demand, taking a strategic approach to replenishing so that both overstocking and running out of stock are avoided.
  2. Keeps back order file in established sequence and releases back orders for issue or shipment as stock becomes available.

B-Handle Receiving and Transfers

  1. Carry out the entire phase of product purchasing, from selecting and negotiating with suppliers to tracking shipments and receiving orders.
  2. Ensure that purchases arrive on time and in good condition. They also take charge of internal stock transfers, moving products to other store branches if needed or removing obsolete items.
  3. Deliver requested items and submit report
  4. Supervise receipt of all shipments. Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed.
  5. Assume responsibility for delivery of all items received by warehouse to proper school or department on a daily basis.
  6. Evaluate complaints received on shipments of equipment and supplies and take appropriate action.
  7. Receiving merchandise from suppliers: checking number and quality of goods with purchase, orders, delivery notes, and invoices.

C-Organize Storage

  1. Once new items arrive, stock officer place them into storage using a meticulous process that involves tagging, boxing, and labelling. Because they follow a specific organization scheme that guarantees ease of retrieval, preparing items for display becomes efficient, and they maintain a steady flow of stock from storage to shelf throughout the workday.
  2. Store all items in categories and places.

D-Record Inventory

  1. Stock Officer maintain an accurate inventory of both stock items and transactions, noting down dates of purchase and receipt, item count and details, issues encountered, and more. They consolidate this into regular reports presented to other department units such as finance and sales.
  2. Compiles stock control records and information, such as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, and current market conditions, to determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
  3. Perform as bookkeeper to keep track of student payments and coordinates with the school Accounts on daily, weekly or monthly basis to generate report.
  4. Storekeeper for materials and maintenance the stock with daily check and report.

E-Undertake Audits

  1. Compares nomenclature, stock numbers, authorized substitutes, and other listed information with catalogs, manuals, parts lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of requisitions and shipping orders.
  2. Reviews files to determine unused items and recommends disposal of excess stock.
  3. Check the condition of all purchased items.

C- Other Duties

  1. Being responsible for assets centre
  2. Stocks management (Stationeries / Supplies / School Uniforms)
  3. Liaise with other departments to update  current school asset status
  4. Assist to ensure every requests align with compliance policy and cope with price on the market;
  5. Help arrange school events and/or activities
  6. Knowing the department to ask for help. (Academic/Admin/ Finance etc.)
  7. Performs other related, similar or logical duties as required or assigned.
REQUIREMENT
  • BA of English, Education or 3rd - 4th Year University
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the stock controller
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications,
  • Good communication skills in Khmer & English languages;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision,
  • Able to work under pressure and team work spirit; and
  • Be punctual, honest, work hard, fast learner and flexible.
