Factory Manager

Sportex Industry Co., Ltd is garment industry which started operation in Cambodia since 1998 Currently, we are seeking for the qualified candidates with the following position.

1. Factory Manager

-  Production management: monitor and leading day to day production, 
make sure productivity and quality.
- Team work: leading the team to aim the target 
- Cost control: responsible for expense and manpower control
- Human resource/ safety control: setting recruitment plan based on factory needed 
Building up good working environment with legal requirement 
-Public relationship: provide good service and good relationship with buyers and governments 
- Continuous improvement: innovation and better process 

- Male/ Female

-Have Bachelor or Master’s degree 

- At least 3 years working experience factory management

- Knowledge of garment manufacturing and familiar with processs 

- Have experience working with Chinese plus

- Able to work under pressure

- Good at computer skill ( system, Ms. office , internet and email)

- Good at English and Chinese ( Speaking, Listening , Writing )

- Willing to work in factory
